About us

An infant and toddler program, since 2012.

Stars Infant Program is the early intervention and Early Start assessment program of Stars Bay Area Inc., for infants and toddlers under age 3 in Northern California.

Mission and vision

Why Stars exists.

To provide quality early infant intervention through motivation, education and creative thinking while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

Our mission

Our vision is to set the standard for the best child developmental program in the nation.

Our vision

An ever-growing story

Stars Bay Area Inc. was established in 2012 to provide comfortable and secure early intervention, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to children under age 3.

The program places a high value on diversity and interaction. The aim is a positive and comfortable environment for infants and toddlers, and the foundation for learning and growth they will need in school.

Choosing a partner for your child's therapy is a big decision. Stars works to make sure your child is in caring and capable hands: a dedicated team with a real passion for the work, and facilities that are well maintained and child friendly.

How we work

Cultural sensitivity and family participation.

Cultural sensitivity

Cultural sensitivity is in the mission for a reason. Stars respects your family's language, culture, and home. This website and the online request are in English and Spanish, and you can tell Stars your preferred language when you reach out.

Family participation

Parents are part of the team from the first conversation. You take part in the assessment, help write the IFSP, and set its goals with the team. Between visits, the work continues at home, with you.

One family, two doors

Two services, one mission.

Stars has two websites because it has two doors. Both share the mission above.
